About Meridian
Founded in 2009 by two former case officers, Meridian grew from a two-desk practice into a team of forty regulated advisers across three offices. We still work the way we started: an honest eligibility assessment first, a realistic timeline second, and no application filed until it is ready to succeed.
Every client is assigned one named adviser who owns the file from end to end, so you never have to repeat your story to someone new.

Trusted by employers, universities and founders
I had been refused once before and had almost given up. Meridian found the gap in my original application, rebuilt the evidence, and my permanent residence came through in nine months. They treated my family like their own.
Clear fees, honest timelines and a named adviser who actually replied the same day. That alone set them apart.
They relocated our founders and eleven staff without a single missed deadline. Calm, efficient and always one step ahead.
Our spouse visa had a complicated history. The file they prepared was so thorough that it was approved without an interview.
From student permit to work permit to residence, one team handled all three stages. I never felt lost.

FAQ
Can't find your answer? Our advisers are happy to talk it through on a free call.
Ask an adviserStart with our free 30-minute assessment. An adviser reviews your age, education, work history, language scores and family situation, then maps them against every programme you could realistically use. You leave with a ranked shortlist and an honest view of your chances, whether or not you hire us.
It depends on the programme and the authority. As a guide, skilled worker visas often conclude in three to eight weeks, points-based permanent residence in six to ten months, and family sponsorship in eight to fourteen months. Your adviser gives you a written timeline before you commit to anything.
A refusal is not always the end. We review the decision letter, identify whether the grounds can be challenged or corrected, and advise on appeal, review or a stronger re-application. Clients who applied with us receive a fee credit toward the next step.
No. Decisions rest with the immigration authority, and any adviser who promises a result is not being straight with you. What we guarantee is an honest assessment, a complete and well-evidenced file, and that we will not submit an application until we believe it is ready to succeed.
We quote a fixed professional fee in writing after your assessment, so there are no hourly surprises. Government fees and third-party costs such as translations or medical exams are listed separately. Instalment plans are available for most programmes.
