How far ahead should I book?
For peak season such as July, August and the December holidays we recommend booking four to six months ahead. Shoulder season trips can often be arranged within four to eight weeks.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can change dates free of charge up to 14 days before departure, and cancel up to 30 days before departure for a full credit. Full terms are on every quote.
Are flights included in the tour price?
Tour prices cover accommodation, transfers, guides and listed activities. We can add flights at the best available fare, or you can book your own and we will build the trip around them.
What if something goes wrong while I am away?
Every traveller gets a 24 hour support line staffed by the same team that planned the trip. We rebook, reroute and rescue, and our partners hold a bonded guarantee.
Do you arrange trips for families and solo travellers?
Absolutely. About a third of our guests travel solo and another third bring children. We adjust pace, rooms and activities to suit every age and style.
