Product description
Our 1121 basmati is sourced from select farms in Punjab and Haryana, then aged, steamed or raw polished, and colour-sorted. Each lot is tested for moisture, broken grain and foreign matter before packing.
Specifications and quality
Average grain length 8.3 mm after cooking 16 mm. Broken grain 2% max. Moisture 12% max. Purity 95% min. Certificates available: ISO 22000, HACCP, phytosanitary, fumigation and certificate of origin.
Packing and shipping
50 kg PP bags or private-label retail packs of 1, 5 and 10 kg. A 20ft container holds 25 MT. Delivery 14 to 21 days from order confirmation, plus sea transit time.
