What does “mandate” mean?
A mandate is the formal engagement that authorises us to act for you, whether that is raising capital, selling an asset or managing a project. It sets scope, fees, exclusivity and reporting.
How are your fees structured?
Advisory work is typically a retainer or fixed fee. Brokerage and capital raising include a success fee on completion. Project management is a fixed monthly fee. All terms are agreed before we start.
Are you a bank or a lender?
No. We are an independent adviser and broker. We introduce your mandate to banks, institutions and investors and negotiate on your behalf.
How long does it take to close financing?
A well-prepared senior debt facility typically closes in 8 to 14 weeks from information memorandum to financial close, depending on due diligence and conditions precedent.
